Shipping policy

Every Mortar & Law book is printed on demand by our print partner, Lulu, when you place your order. If your order includes the PDF, it is delivered instantly by email at checkout.

Processing. Orders typically move to production on the next business day. As every book is printed specifically for your order, processing times may occasionally vary during weekends, public holidays, or periods of high demand. Printing itself typically takes 3 to 5 business days before dispatch.

Delivery timeframe. Most shipments arrive within approximately 7 to 12 working days after dispatch, depending on the shipping method you choose at checkout. All delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees: customs, weather, and carrier issues can cause delays outside our control.

Tracking. Once your order is dispatched you will receive tracking information where applicable. Tracking can take some time to activate in the carrier's systems after dispatch.

Delayed orders. If your delivery significantly exceeds the estimated window, contact us with your order number and we will chase it with the printer and carrier, and put it right where it has gone astray.

Address corrections. Please verify your shipping details carefully before completing your purchase. Once an order has entered production or been dispatched, we may be unable to change its delivery address.
